Big Bear Choppers, also known as simply BBC are produced in the resort town of Big Bear Lake which is located in Southern California in the San Bernardino Mountains at a rough elevation of 7,000 feet above sea level. The Big Bear Chopper company remains a leader in the industry due to its location being a popular destination for the heavy motorcycle enthusiasts of North America.
All of Big Bear Choppers are state of the art and only one of each one exists as they are all custom produced as one off creations for their clients. The Big Bear Chopper shop utilises some of the most state of the art CNC machines and other tools to produce each motorcycle with precision and innovation.
